Kate has 20+ years of People & Talent experience that ranges from tech, gaming, and agency work. Combining her in-house People experience with her expertise in recruitment, she founded CraftMatch, a boutique recruiting agency that understands and considers the entire employee lifecycle when making a placement. She excels at knitting together strong teams, growing companies for the long haul, and helping individuals at all levels uncover and leverage their strengths.

Committed to donating a % of profits, considering environmental impact, and offering discounts to non-profits, she has built sustainable values at the core of CraftMatch.
Kate holds a BA from Grinnell College and a Certificate in HR from San Francisco State University. In her spare time, she enjoys beekeeping, communing with nature, and catching a solar eclipse camping adventure when it’s feasible.
